When attempting to upload PDF documents via the Scan Upload, in a cart, or in a PO, users may receive a File may contain malicious data error message:
In the Scan Upload:
If users are in the Scan Upload, remove the document by selecting the minus symbol in the top corner of the file:
In a cart:
To fix the error, users can open up the PDF in a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat. From there, they can Print the document to PDF to generate a new PDF file:
Name and Save a new copy of the PDF document:
The new PDF file will can be uploaded into Prendio.
