Users with the Admin and AP Management roles have access to the PO Analytics Report Dashboard to track spending across different users, suppliers, accounting segments, and more.
The timeframe for data can be selected via the Date Range:
After selecting the Date Range, the first area of the report dashboard will display the total PO Amount, Purchase Orders, Suppliers, and Savings produced in the indicated timeframe:
The next area focuses on the content of the POs created. Details include goods vs services via Line Type PO Amount:
PO Order Type:
PO Status Count:
In POs by Month, users can see how many POs have been created in a month:
Hovering over a month will allow users to see a breakdown of the total PO Amount, Remaining Amount, and how many POs have been created (PO Count):
Any savings obtained by a Buyer for a PO will be noted via Buyer Negotiated Discounts:
Hovering over a date will provide insight on the amount of savings obtained:
The Supplier section will detail the top ten suppliers used in the selected timeframe based on PO Amount:
To the right of Suppliers will display a section listing all of the suppliers in which orders have been created in the selected timeframe. Details shown include PO Count, PO Amount, Remaining Amount, and any Discounts obtained will display for these suppliers:
The next sections will display the number of POs created using different Accounting Segments. Please note that each company will have a different number of accounting segments and can have different names for each segment. In the example below, the Department segment is being viewed; however, the company utilizes the name Class as an equivalent. PO Analytics does not currently reflect flexible segments. An enhancement request has been submitted to include flexible segments in PO Analytics:
The PO Amount for each Department used in the selected timeframe is displayed.
Additional details can be seen to the right including the PO Count, PO Amount, Remaining Amount, and any Discounts obtained for each Department listed:
The top ten Requestors that have created POs will be shown with each requester's PO Amount:
