An overview of the Prendio Account tab available to Prendio Admins
The Prendio Account tab provides high-level user account information for users with the Admin role. This information includes the number of active users and user activation history. You can also define the Primary Administrator and Secondary Administrator for your Prendio company.
The "Admin" role should be assigned to at least two different users in your Prendio company. You should also define which of those users are the Primary and Secondary Prendio admins for the company.
The Primary Administrator and contact info are referenced in certain Prendio error messages, so users know who to contact. If the Primary Administrator is set to Out of Office in Prendio, the error message references the Secondary Administrator.
When making a change to either administrator, click the Save button.
