      Prendio Version 2.80

      An overview of the patch releases for this version of Prendio.

      Prendio version 2.80.0 - (June 27, 2024)

       

      New Enhancements!

      • Enhance Supplier Export File - Alongside existing supplier details, users will find a new "Enabled" column. This addition allows users to easily identify active suppliers at a glance as it clearly indicates whether a supplier is currently active for ordering purposes.

      • Expanded AP Push Exports - We have added PO Terms and Invoice Due Date columns to the Bills Headers and Bills Details files from the “Let’s Push by Export” function, as well as the Export Listing File option from the AP Push dropdown menu.  These additions are designed to provide comprehensive financial insights and facilitate smoother accounting processes.

      • Improved Date Range Filter Default - To further enhance the user experience, we have updated the default Date Range filter for the following tables: My Orders (view all) from the Dashboard, Orders from the Buyer tab, Paid Bills from the AP Management tab.  These filters now default to a period of 1 year, ensuring that users can quickly retrieve relevant data without additional adjustments.

      • Consistent Reporting Presentation and Accessibility – Reports available to Buyer and AP Management tabs have been updated to show a more cohesive presentation and provide improved accessibility.  This update ensures a consistent experience across all reporting functionalities, making it easier for users to access and analyze critical business insights.

      • Punch Out Setup Enhancements – A key to reducing onboarding time, customer service users can now apply shared Supplier Punch Outs quickly and efficiently.

       

      Bugs Fixed

      • NetSuite Get Payment jobs fail in certain situations

      • Unable to certain invoices on Scan Match page

      • Company name displayed incorrectly with some entries in the Analysis reports

      • Shipping Method / Prepaid Freight from Company Shipping Account is not displayed correctly on PO pages

      • Deleted scans disappear when sorting by uploaded date
