Sending an Approval Reminder Email

When a cart has been submitted and requires approval, users have the ability to send an approver a reminder email.

Locate the Requisition via the Notification Card at the top of the Dashboard:

 

You may also locate the Requisition via the My Orders section of the Dashboard:

 

Or search for the Requisition via Orders All at the top of the Dashboard:

 

Once the Requisition has been found, the approval window will show where the order is on the Approval Path:

 

Email a reminder approval request to the approver by clicking on the envelope with a bell to the right:

 

Add in a Reminder reason and click on OK:

 

Prendio will send the approver a reminder approval request and you may exit out of the approval window:

 

A reminder email will be sent to the approver:
