When a cart has been submitted and requires approval, users have the ability to send an approver a reminder email.
Locate the Requisition via the Notification Card at the top of the Dashboard:
The Requisition can also be found via the My Orders section of the Dashboard. Select the REQ#:
Or search for the Requisition via Orders All at the top of the Dashboard:
After the correct requisition has been found, select the requisition number to open the requisition page. If an approval window does not appear, locate the status of the requisition on the top right of the page. Select Click for Details below This requisition is in the approval process:
Email a reminder approval request to the approver by clicking on the envelope with a bell to the right:
Add in a Reminder reason and select OK:
Prendio will send the approver a reminder approval request. Navigate out of the requistion page by selecting the Dashboard:
A reminder email will be sent to the approver:
When the approver reviews the requisition in Prendio, notes added by the original requester will display in the approval window:
