A User Profile can be used to set up a time users will be out of the office (OOO).
After logging into Prendio, access the User Profile page by selecting the Profile Picture in the upper right hand corner of the page. Select View Profile:
On the Personal Information page locate Out of Office and click in the Start Date field:
Select the starting day for the time away from the office.

Note: If needed, click on the Forward Arrow at the top of the calendar to pick a different month.
The Start Date selected now appears. Select the End Date for the time away from the office:

Save when complete:
The set up of a user's out of office dates is now complete. If an order was submitted during this week and the user in that requisition's approval flow, the request would go to the user's Approval Delegate:
