Webinars for Learning About Prendio

Prendio periodically schedules live webinars where a training specialist will provide an overview of certain Prendio topics. If you are interested in attending, click on the links for the topic. You will be able to select a day and time that works for you. After doing so, you will receive an email with the meeting details.

 

Requester / Receiver Webinar

Generally available on Fridays, every week at 11:00 AM EST/EDT

An overview for scientists/lab managers of the Requester and Receiver roles in Prendio. Topics include using the Prendio Dashboard, placing an order, check on order status, and uploading packing slips via the Receiver role.

 

Accounts Payable / AP Management Webinar

Available on the first Wednesday of each month, at 11:00 AM EST/EDT  (some days/times are adjusted due to holidays)

An overview for scientists/lab managers of the Accounts Payable and AP Manager roles in Prendio. Topics include using the uploading invoices, working with accounting segments, and pushing bills to your ERP software.

 

Admin Webinar

Available on the last Monday of each month, at 11:00 AM EST/EDT (some days/times are adjusted due to holidays)

An overview for scientists/lab managers of the Admin role in Prendio. Topics include using managing company information (Announcements, Company Holidays, etc), creating an account for a new user, and deactivating an account for a user.

 

Reports Webinar

Available on the first Thursday of each month, at 1:00 PM EST/EDT (some days/times are adjusted due to holidays)

Learn about the different Reports users can request via the Accounts Payable, AP Management, and Analysis Tab.

Please note that this an intro to reporting capabilities offered in Prendio.  The training will go over information each report provides; however, scenarios will not be reviewed as each company seeks different types of information.  Data in reports can be filtered to produce the results needed.
