This document details why the [Scan > Scan Match] page is not available for Prendio Users that do not have the ability to Create or View Confidential Orders.
Prerequisites:
The Scan functions are available for the Receiver and Accounts Payable roles. The Admin role is required to Edit a Prendio User Profile to assign roles and additional functionality.
Admin > Users > Edit User:
1. This is the Email Address for Brian Smith.
2. He has the Receiver and Accounts Payable roles but Create/View Confidential Orders is not checked.
Prendio Cart:
3. Brian does not have a Confidential Order Checkbox when creating a Cart.
Receiver > Scan:
4. Only the Scan Upload window is available for users that cannot create or view Confidential Orders. This is so they Cannot View potentially Confidential Packing Slips.
Accounts Payable > Scan:

Note: A Company Admin would have to check Create/View Confidential Orders for the Scan match window to be available for the user.
Orders All Search:

6. A Confidential Order prompt will appear when Brian tries to view a Confidential Order.
